Group opening alert! If you’ve been wanting to increase your coping skills, manage your emotions more effectively, and/or improve your interpersonal relationships, this is your sign. At Gatewell, we offer a weekly DBT skills group, teaching evidenced-based content in a supportive and welcoming space.

Our next opening for new members is on 4/20, and we’re able to accept a couple of insurance plans for folks in NY and FL. Reach out with any questions or if you’re interested in getting started!!
