"Lozcano is an eye angel! I suffered from ocular shingles which was so very awful. I had seen another specialist that nearly neglected me & prolonged my healing. However, I was recommended to Lozcano after wanting to get a second opinion and from the bottom of my heart- I thank God so much that I was lead to Lozcano. God is so good! The staff always treated me with warmth and made sure I was comfortable everytime I visited (which was frequent because Lozcano was very on top of monitoring the progress of treatment & I was in pain and discomfort for some time). Lozcano and the treatment he put in place for me got my affected eye on the right path towards full recovery. As I write this I am just overwhelmed with so much gratitude for him & I know I didn’t lose my eyesight because of him! He is a true gentleman with a kind and peaceful demeanor - shows care and concern for his patients- in how he communicates; he instills confidence in his patients.
