Fitness is my great love - it has seen me through every major life event I've faced. Each workout helps me build a stronger relationship with my number one fan: Me. I don't have a secret elixir. The motivation fairy doesn't sprinkle me with sugar crystals every morning. I'm just a lady who really loves fitness - it's a gift that keeps on giving!
After all these years in the fitness realm, both recreationally and professionally, I've grown tired of the way fitness is marketed. Rather than continue standing on my soapbox shouting, I opted to create something a little rebellious. Falling for Fitness, my 2-month health and wellness program, was created to help you love you, and maybe even like fitness, too. All goals and fitness levels are welcome, but please know that "six-pack abs" is not part of the plan. Instead, this program is focused on creating a sustainable relationship with fitness by reframing it as a form of necessary self-care and joyful play.
