In recognition of the holiday season, our hours of operation will be adjusted for Christmas and New Year's. We will be closed December 24-26th and will resume normal business hours on December 27th. On December 31st, we will be open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and will be closed on New Year's Day. We appreciate you and wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas season and a happy, healthy New Year.

Some of the messages I get from a graphic like this, shows how much this message is needed. A reminder that we never know the depths of what it may take for some to get through the holidays, let alone year round. 🩷 these post always get crazy traction, some positive some not. This isn’t a debate on medication, this is a reminder that you never know what others are going through. Shame is not going to make someone’s mental health magically be “better”.

Medication can be a bridge and it also is 100% not for everyone. Two things can be true.
