It’s absolutely unbelievable what we are capable of when we are able to slow down and listen to our bodies. Our minds are constantly going-from what’s for dinner to wtf is happening in the world- reiki guides you through the chaos and leads you to what is truly important to you.

Life is hard enough as it is and our metal health often gets pushed aside-or down to your sacral/root- and pulls you with it.

You can’t change anyone else in this world so why not find the peace within. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Reiki is an incredible way to help you feel like you again🙌🏼
