Entrusting the care of a parent is never a simple decision. It’s an emotional journey rooted in love, trust, and hope. In this heartfelt interview, Michelle shares her family’s experience of moving her parents, especially her father Judd, into Bayside Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Friday was National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day! We invited local members of Baltimore County Police Department precinct 11 and fellow State Troopers to join us in a time of honoring these every day hero’s. It was a beautiful time where residents could intercept freely with our local police. We sent them off with goodie bags and baskets to take back to the precincts.

Inspirations Bayside is so excited to announce Catherine Nushann as our Employee of the Year! She truly embodies compassion, dedication and heart.

Catherine moved to the United States from Liberia in 2010 and has been working with seniors ever since.

Catherine says “ I love the residents so deeply, I consider them like my mom and pop. I love to learn the residents and learn their ways.”
When she is not busy at work, she is busy at home with 15 grandchildren!
