I am currently teaching 2 different workshops monthly at the Lakeville Council of Aging. One is a self- care workshop of Acupressure for Arthritis and the other is a workshop for Fall Prevention. One is an Eastern modality and the other is a Western approach. This is the best of both worlds for me.

As an Instructor of Insight Acupressure, I teach the Foundation Certificate classes which are 4 day workshops of Clinical Acupressure 1, Process Acupressure 1A. Higher level class of Process Acupressure 1B, Clinical Acupressure 2 and also an Introductory 2 day class.

In Insight Acupressure technique, I use my fingers to hold 2 points at the same time to assist the body to recalibrate to it's natural balance. Like acupunture, we use the same meridian energy system but Insight Acupressure, we use our finger tips to access the points and not needles.

Insight Acupressure helps allow the person to recalibrate to the best selves before we all became confused with living a messy life. My role is to hold the space for that indvidaul to realign themselves.
