As we age have you noticed how sometimes our bellies stick out front and our butts stick out back?

Well there's more than a few muscles involved in this imbalance. Ideally if your posture is correct, you would be able to stand beside a weighted string hanging from above that then becomes perpendicular to earth and that string would intersect your ear, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle at the same time.

So imagine your hip & pelvic assembly is a large bowl, if the bowl tips towards your feet the contents fall out hence your belly sticks out, also at the same time the curve in the low back increases causing muscle strain and spasms and that I'm getting old pain in your low back. On top of all that when the front of the bowl tips towards your feet, the back of the bowl raises causing low back pain and your hamstrings are constantly being stretched. Becoming more sore each day nothing is done about it.
