If you offer spiritual care to others, you need to attend to your own needs, and be sturdy and able to hold what people bring in their pain.

Conscious self-care can become community care when the filling up of self allows us to pour into others without being depleted.

I have really enjoyed retreats and courses with Alexandra. I highly recommend this way of understanding self and others. Deeply spiritual and thought provoking.
