[EN] We’re proud to share a new patient story, presented in graphic medicine format, based on an interview with one of ODC’s patients. The resource was created by  two UVM med students under a New Hampshire / Vermont Schweitzer Fellowship, in partnership with an artist and editor.

This is the true story of Adrián, his diabetes diagnosis, and his gradual journey to regain control of his health and find ways to live fully with a condition that presents daily challenges.
The script for this comic is based on an interview with Adrián; it was written by Ben Koren and Ali Chivers, illustrated by Mercedes Campos López, and edited by Enrique Campos Nañez.
