We are aware that healthcare costs are changing rapidly, and many of our families are feeling the impact. Many have voiced concerns with these changes. With shifts in subsidies and rising insurance premiums, patients are increasingly facing high deductibles and limited coverage for the care they rely on — including chiropractic.

At our office, our priority is ensuring our community has access to safe, effective, and affordable care. We understand that financial considerations play a role in health decisions, and we never want cost to be a barrier to getting help when you need it.

To support our patients, we very proudly participate with ChiroHealthUSA, a membership program that allows us to offer reduced and transparent fees for those without insurance coverage or with high out-of-pocket plans. It’s one way we can continue to provide flexible, patient-centered options for care.

Prematurity Awareness Month🤍

TW ⚠️

At Middlebury Sport & Spine, we spend much of our work supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the many physical and emotional phases of motherhood. Ironically — and humbly — our own journey reminded us that even with knowledge, preparation, and care, pregnancy doesn’t always go as planned.
Our family experienced a premature delivery after a high-risk pregnancy with multiple complications identified early on. Shout out to We were closely managed by a wonderful team of dedicated medical professionals and we did everything “right.” And still — our little guy arrived early.
Premature birth can happen to anyone.
And it does not reflect strength, effort, health, or love of the parents.
Prematurity is becoming increasingly common worldwide, and more families than ever are navigating NICU stays, early deliveries, and unexpected challenges. Even knowing the science and working daily with birthing people, this experience has deepened our empathy in ways only lived experience can.
To every parent who has faced the unexpected — we see you. Your journey matters, your resilience matters, and you are not alone. 🤍
We are grateful for exceptional medical care and a strong support system. And we remain committed — both personally and professionally — to supporting women through all stages of their perinatal journey, including the ones they never anticipated.
If you are experiencing or have experienced a high-risk pregnancy or premature birth, our practice is here for you — with compassion and without judgment.
Together, we raise awareness and support all families in their path toward healing, recovery, and hope.
