Our goal is to maximize wellness and recovery for the members of our community through compassion, communication, application of our continuing edu We specialize in injuries and trauma's, chronic pain and conditions, post-surgical recoveries, sports fitness and performance treatment, pre and post natal care, ergonomic evaluations for business offices, and workplace lifting screens. We like to treat everyone who walks through our door like a member of our family!

HI Facebook Land! The staff at Addison Wellness Inc/ Wells Physical Therapy Services wishes you a happy and healthy Spring 2022! We are starting to see hikers and bikers, gardeners and birders on the trails, fields and yards. The activities of the Springtime may not match the intensity of the Winter months, and subtle, or not so subtle lingering injuries are prone to blossom with the tulips. Consider an appointment with us. We can help determine if a nagging Winter issue will sow into a nasty prickly thing that sidelines your summer plans. A few visits with us can be the difference between an active Summer, or one of convalescence. Give us a call; our partnership in your health can bloom into a summer season of success!

We are excited to announce we are now resuming in person care!!

As the Governor of Vermont has turned the spiggot a little further, we are now able to see you in person. We are optimistic about the wellness of our community as Covid-19 cases in Vermont are the lowest per capita in the nation--however, we are surrounded by States with much higher case numbers. We are committed to doing our part to limit to spread of this virus. On our website you will find a summary of practices we are implementing to abide by the Vermont Department of Health Guidelines. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

Good Day, Vermont!

The staff at Addison Wellness, Inc/ Wells Physical Therapy Services has been aware of the tremendous community support we have been showing for each other in the past 2 months. Between the personal isolation measures and sacrifices our community businesses have made by sheltering in place, the health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our community, while not absent, seems to be much less than initially anticipated. We should all feel emboldened by our resolve as a community to do the right thing despite this path being difficult for many.

Silver lining? The time we have been given to spend with our immediate family, to catch up on home projects, and to get outside and exercise has been a gift.

Addison Wellness Inc/Wells Physical Therapy Services continues to operate remotely. As with many other businesses, our caseload has dropped significantly, thus we have time for our former clients as well as new clients to be seen virtually. Anyone who has access to a solid cell or internet connection and a device with a camera and a microphone (table, mobile smartphone, laptop, PC) can participate in remotely! As we begin to turn the spigot “a quarter turn” we are hoping to renew our relationships with those patients who have been missing physical therapy and would like to resume care prior to returning in a face to face fashion. We are also able to meet with new clients virtually. This, while not optimal, can help us build a relationship and may streamline in-person visits when we convene in the clinic.

In addition, for each new or returning person who mentions this post and schedules for a virtual PT appointment, Addison Wellness Inc/Wells Physical Therapy Services will donate $5 to the United Way of Addison County.
