Holly Dixon has an impressive background in enhancing the energy of her clients’ bodies AND minds -- understanding that trust and connection are the building blocks to achieving your fitness and wellness goals. Holly is a lifetime athlete, having played Collegiate Soccer at Assumption College in Massachusetts. With 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, she’s a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Pelacore Method™ Instructor (Pelvic Core Fitness), and ACE Health Coach. She is currently enrolled in school to add Physical Therapy Assistant to her tool box! Since her collegiate athlete days, she has become a Figure/Bikini Fitness Competitor, Holistic Health Consultant and her most important title, Mom. Her own daily management of Pelvic Dysfunction (post 2 C-Sections), Disc Degenerative Disease & Autoimmune Arthritis has re-created her entire lifestyle. She’s learned the importance of continuously educating clients (and herself) about living a holistic lifestyle. Holly has worked with a wide range of clients and now specializes in optimizing women's health in all stages of life through fitness, pelvic core work, nutrition, and quality practitioner referrals.

🥊 First mini lesson in the books 🥊

I'm working on getting more intentional with teaching my kids self defense.

Today I got to go over the very basics of boxing with my son.

Nothing fancy, just foundations, focus, and fun. 🙌

Teaching kids self-defense isn’t about hurting someone.

It's about:

• Confidence — learning to trust their body.
• Discipline — listening, patience, and repetition.
• Awareness — knowing how to protect themselves if they ever need to.
• Respect — for their coach, their space, and others.
• Emotional control — moving big feelings through their body in a healthy way.

This was his very first mini lesson, and watching him learn how to stand strong, stay focused, and try something new was everything. 🖤

Strong kids aren’t just built physically.

I often hear women say they've tried EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING but treating their body with care.

Everything but rest and nourishing foods.

Crash diets

And intense programs might not be the answer for you and ARE NOT THE ANSWER for already highly stressed female bodies.

Doesn't mean you can't GET to the intense workouts.

But sometimes you have to calm the system FIRST!
