We’re excited to welcome Samantha, our new Administrator in Training (AIT) and a UConn student, to Complete Care Middlebury! 🎉 She’ll be spending the next four months working alongside Peter and gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of our community.

The AIT role is an important step in developing future leaders in long-term care — learning everything from operations and teamwork to the heart of what makes resident care so special. 💙

We’re proud to invest in the next generation of leadership and continue strengthening the care we provide every day.
