In Occupational Therapy, we focus on building the fine motor skills that support everyday independence, from buttoning a shirt to handling daily tasks with confidence. Our residents put those skills into action with a fun dartboard exercise, tossing balls, improving coordination, and working toward precision with every throw.

When a resident stops him to ask for something else to eat, he always takes the time to ask what they would like and doesn’t hesitate to get it for them. He is consistently polite and respectful to both residents and staff members. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do, not just for our residents, but for each other. We foster a workplace where kindness, respect, and understanding drive our culture, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported. 💙

Shoutouts are shared throughout the building as part of our peer to peer recognition program, giving team members a simple way to recognize, appreciate, and celebrate the care and kindness they see in one another every day. 💙
