The CA Department, Two Service Coordinators, Flo Bessette and Tessa Collins hosted A Pumpkin Carving Potluck Party .
Shaw's Supermarket donated 20 pumpkins to us for this event. Throughout the past 2 weeks individuals carved pumpkins and then on October 30th we finished the last of them, before donating them to UVM Health - Porter Medical Center Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Nursing Home for their Halloween Party.

Peer Support means talking to someone who actually understands — because they’ve been there too. It’s the comfort of not having to explain every detail, the relief of being understood, and the hope that comes from hearing “I’ve felt that way, you’re not alone.”

Peer Support isn’t just about listening. It’s about walking alongside you, sharing hard-earned wisdom, and helping you see the next step forward — even when it might feel impossible.

📞 Call or text 988—and ask about Peer Support to connect with a person who gets you.
