My friends, it truly warms my heart to announce yoga will continue in the Yoga Nook space for the Middlesboro community! Introducing Lindsey and Mother Moon Yoga Studio and Boutique! Lindsey has been a loyal and consistent yogi since day 1 and now, she will continue to offer the same great yoga plus additional offerings for you. Lindsey is an incredible friend and is a wealth of knowledge with all things astronomy, energy, crystals, meditation and more. We thank her for keeping the magic alive and for keeping the doors open for you all to stay healthy. Equally exciting, the previous Yoga Nook staff is staying on to continue to teach their dynamite yoga and meditation classes 💫

The Yoga Nook and Sarika will stay connected with by leading a 200hr RYT yoga teacher training this winter/spring and will continue to be part of the boutique. 💫 Please support Lindsey by following her page and showing up for classes.

A message from Lindsey:
“Middlesboro born and raised and LMU alum. I am a mom to my rambunctious four year old little boy and store manager at Bath & Body Works. Loyal yogi at the Nook and I fell in love with the people, the vibe and especially practicing yoga. I want to share that experience with the community and have a studio that allows others to find themselves there. I want it to welcome everyone with open arms and serve as a retreat for your mind, body and soul. I want the community to know that all of their favorite teachers will continue to teach at the studio and we will surprise them with even more amazingly gifted teachers and a variety of classes that include hoop fitness and more. I truly feel like my purpose in life is to help others along their journey and to be a light to all that I meet. Having my own studio will help me fulfill this purpose. I am extremely dedicated and passionate about all that Mother Moon Yoga Studio will give to the area and I cannot wait to see what the community gives back as well. ☯️”

Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey with us. You have given me a love I never knew I could feel from a community and career. The moments spent on our mats in this space were soul awakening and deeply nourishing.

We don’t want to spill the beans but… Yoga is going to live on this space! For now, Yoga Nook will continue to host drop in classes. Stay tuned for further news 😍 To continue to flow with me and your favorite Yoga Nook teachers online, follow 🙏

Yesterday night was the last strong flow at the Nook and it was 🔥🔥🔥 ! Hearts and Hips flow to release it all and expand love and kindness farther than we can reach. There was so much love, community, tears and happiness! One more flow tonight. I can’t wait to see you ❤️

2 last flows. Monday and Tuesday 6pm- 75min Warm Vinyasa Flow to Yin with Sarika.

At the very base of it all, yoga has taught me to seek balance in all that I do and I wanted to honor the element of balance in my last classes at the Yoga Nook. I have combined a fiery Vinyasa with a deep restful Yin so you can experience both ways of being on your mat. This is my favorite class to teach and a Yoga Nook favorite. I hope to see you there my dear friends ❤️
