š Constantly clenching your pelvic floor or glutes isnāt strength, itās tension. When these muscles stay āonā all day, they canāt properly lengthen, coordinate, or generate true power when you actually need them. Over time, this can lead to pelvic pain, hip tightness, low back discomfort, leakage, constipation, or even sexual dysfunction, in both women and men. The pelvic floor is meant to respond dynamically to breath and movement, not stay in a permanent brace. Strength comes from control and coordination, not constant gripping.
š¶āāļøš¶āāļøAt QMPT, I take a whole-body approach to assess how your breath, core, hips, and pelvic floor work together. Whether youāre female or male, postpartum, athletic, or just wanting to move better, I help you restore balance, reduce pain, and build real, functional strength with a plan tailored specifically to you.
