Diane’s therapy journey at Middleton Village is a true celebration of determination and progress. After a fall at home that resulted in a broken leg, she arrived needing assistance with transfers and self-care. 🤩

With commitment, perseverance, and a positive mindset, Diane worked hard each day in therapy and made steady improvements. Her efforts paid off, and she became independent in her room with her walker. This week, she is heading home with confidence.
