This is our Chakra Finale week. The Crown Chakra. We will bring attention to the spaciousness available to us to connect with that universal energy, all while remaining grounded in ourselves, becoming part of the whole. We'll move from observation to experience to evolution. We practice at Transformation Center Madison Tuesdays at 6pm, Wed at 10:30 am, Thurs at 9:30 am. City of Middleton, Wisconsin Tuesday's at 12 pm for Flow and 1:15 pm for meditation. Harbor Athletic Club & Wellness Studios Wed at 1:15pm and Thursdays at 7:15 pm. Yoga is included with membership and there are non-member options.
