🫧✨ Therapy Tip Thursday: Bubble Mountains! ✨🫧

Grab a big bowl, add bubble solution or a little dish soap + water, and let your kiddo blow through a straw to build their very own bubble mountain. For a fun twist, have them lie on their tummy while they blow. Instant upgrade.

While they’re busy giggling and creating foamy peaks, they’re also working on:
• Deep breathing & breath control
• Core strength
• Posture muscles
• Oral motor skills
• Body awareness

It looks like play, but it’s secretly building strong, regulated little bodies. 💛

The next time you’re grocery shopping or cooking, turn it into a fun speech and language opportunity! Encourage your child to label items they see such as categories (fruits, vegetables, snacks, drinks), colors, sizes, textures (soft, crunchy, rough, smooth) and tastes (sweet, sour).

This naturally increases their vocabulary knowledge in various contexts to learn language at a quicker pace!
