HOW I LOST ALMOST 30 LBS AFTER MY 2ND PREGNANCY
I promised to write this post… here it is…
First time around, I lost 40 lbs before my Wedding Day.
After first child birth I was surprised to lose 15 lbs during first week and then somewhat more naturally within 6-8 months my weight returned to normal.
So after second child birth I was expecting to have similar experience… but nothing was happening… my weight was not moving at all.
Worst of all I started to feel really down, somewhat depressed and because our diet was not that clean and healthy (with two kids, work and husband working two jobs it was a bit more complicated and difficult to stay on the healthy side) almost everyday I felt sluggish, irritable, moody, frustrated, angry, annoyed and could not figure out “why”.
Then one day in July 2015, after reading “PH Miracle” my husband and I decided to completely change things around and all of a sudden became strict vegans (through alkaline diet).
It was so clean and strict that I’ve lost about 10 lbs that first week when we started and quite soon was at my favorite and ideal-for-me weight of 130 lbs.
We were completely raw, strict vegan, no fruit dieters for 8 months and then I started to research and experiment with different diets including - vegetarian, keto, paleo, low-carb and even did intermittent fasting (I did 7 days of fasting)…
All of this amazing experiences led me to understand and learn first-hand lots of valuable and incredible things about food, nutrition, intolerances, diets and how fascinating our bodies are. And with lots of those lessons I basically created my own SYSTEM of feeding and exercising my body and making it the most energetic, flexible, resilient and beautiful I possibly could.
