The SIMPLEST
And Extremely DELICIOUS
APPLE 🍏🥧 PIE

If you only have 6-8 apples and 1 hour to bake something ready yummy 🤤
- this recipe is the one I would go for!!!

It’s so easy to make (basically my kids prepped it all 👌🏻😁)
Yet SOOO Tasty that you might end up cooking it over and over again!

Ingredients:
- 6-8 apples 🍏
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar (or any
sweetener of choice)
- 2/3 cup flour of choice
(White all-purpose flour
Would be the best)
- 1/2 tsp backing powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat and together - this will make the batter very fluffy and light.
And when it’s cooked it will taste soft, tender and moist.
Don’t worry if you think there’s not enough batter - it will rise in the oven (as long as you have beaten it well).

Bake at 350˚F for
50-55 minutes until
golden brown on top.

SO… recently I have gone through few challenges from other experts in the Weight Loss [WL] Industry to see how it’s done from the viewers perspective and so I can do a better job myself serving my clients in upcoming challenges and everyday work…

I have been studying WL, Diets, Fitness, Psychology of WL for years now…

I have been experimenting on MYSELF with “eating through” lots of various diets such as Raw Vegan, Vegetarian, Low Carb, Keto, Fasting, Intermittent Fasting and others…

I did them so I would know from MY OWN EXPERIENCE how it all works, not just by some theoretical approach that tells me “do this and not that”.

And now I realized WHY it took me so many years to start my own practice and such huge amount of courage…

All because of this one so-called-expert in WL industry saying something completely absurd and bizarre…
Something that made me realize that she did not do her homework, she did not study well her subject…

Do you want to know what she said several times in her challenge?

She said that “Keto Diet Does NOT Work”.
She said that “Keto Diet is the WORST Diet out of all diets out there!”
And few similar statements…

And you know the WORST part of it was that she told it to an auditory of 30,000+ people (mostly ladies from 30s to 60s yo).
And because “she is an expert” - most people would not go and try to find out if it is true or not… they will just believe her and tell others that “Keto Diet Does NOT Work”, that “Keto Diet is the WORST Diet out of all diets” and so on…

However KETO WORKS — IF you learn more about it and DO IT CORRECTLY…
IT works wonders if you combine it WITH intermittent fasting, which is how it was initially intended to work and not on its own.

Now I understand WHY it took me so long to start - all because I wanted to learn and test it first and then go out and teach and heal people through basic lifestyle changes…

I hope this message resonates with you and one thing that we all should remember no matter what is that there is NO ONE Diet that fits it all… Keto Diet saved lives to people who use it correctly, just like many other practice diets and you have to do your own homework and figure out the best diet for yourself!

HOW I LOST ALMOST 30 LBS AFTER MY 2ND PREGNANCY

I promised to write this post… here it is…

First time around, I lost 40 lbs before my Wedding Day.
After first child birth I was surprised to lose 15 lbs during first week and then somewhat more naturally within 6-8 months my weight returned to normal.

So after second child birth I was expecting to have similar experience… but nothing was happening… my weight was not moving at all.
Worst of all I started to feel really down, somewhat depressed and because our diet was not that clean and healthy (with two kids, work and husband working two jobs it was a bit more complicated and difficult to stay on the healthy side) almost everyday I felt sluggish, irritable, moody, frustrated, angry, annoyed and could not figure out “why”.

Then one day in July 2015, after reading “PH Miracle” my husband and I decided to completely change things around and all of a sudden became strict vegans (through alkaline diet).

It was so clean and strict that I’ve lost about 10 lbs that first week when we started and quite soon was at my favorite and ideal-for-me weight of 130 lbs.
We were completely raw, strict vegan, no fruit dieters for 8 months and then I started to research and experiment with different diets including - vegetarian, keto, paleo, low-carb and even did intermittent fasting (I did 7 days of fasting)…

All of this amazing experiences led me to understand and learn first-hand lots of valuable and incredible things about food, nutrition, intolerances, diets and how fascinating our bodies are. And with lots of those lessons I basically created my own SYSTEM of feeding and exercising my body and making it the most energetic, flexible, resilient and beautiful I possibly could.

I want you to know that…

IS
POSSIBLE!!!
