A month ago, a competition was created for the names of Sir Cracks A Lot's skeleton crew. We have found a winner and now have names for the two skeleton crew members. Meet DJ Rattle and Bones and MC "Hip"-Hop. Major shout out to Emily O Kelsey for the name suggestions.

To the beginning of 2026. Stay tuned.

💚 One Year Later 💚

One year ago, on 12/2/24, we purchased Middletown Health Wellness & Chiropractic.

It’s been sleepless nights, endless hours, non-stop problem solving, insurance hoops, credentialing headaches, and building new systems from scratch. Some days felt impossible.

But we kept going. Step by step. Patient by patient. Every small win reminded us why we do this — to help people feel better and live healthier.

We are tired, proud, and so grateful for every patient, friend, neighbor, and family member who supported us through the chaos of our first year in business.

Here’s to another year of growth, dedication, and making a difference in our community!
