Couples Massage Training Workshop!
Here is a Gift that will keep on giving! This massage training workshop at Synergy in Middletown CT is a perfect opportunity to spend quality time together for any couple (as in, two people: besties, spouses, significant others, partners, family members, etc). Over the course of four hours, you will learn amazing massage techniques you can use at home, the many benefits of massage, creating a relaxing massage space and more. Plenty of time will be allowed for both to give and receive a massage to each other, with an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist guiding the way. Laura Sebastian LMT will be there to help with instruction, guidance, tips and questions.
No experience necessary!
All supplies and materials will be provided.
Just come ready to learn how to give your person a great massage! Let the days of giving and getting a not-so-great massage, be a thing of the past!
Everyone is asked to wear comfortable clothing (sweats, leggings, etc) Also keep in mind this class is 4 hours long – so bring snacks and drinks if you need to refuel. We have a fridge and microwave available for use.
