I know there's an irony in posting about the harms of social media ON social media, but the evidence of that harm is accumulating rapidly. Be aware of how much time you spend scrolling, and take note of how you feel after you're done checking the socials. If you feel bad or anxious, or if your sleep is disturbed, consider taking a break.
