As of Thursday, July 31st, Middletown’s Main Street is CLOSED for 11 days due to railroad crossing repairs and upgrades.

⛔️ Where: Main Street near the railroad crossing
📅 Closure Dates: July 31 – August 10
🛣️ Detours are posted — please allow extra time and follow all signs for safe alternate routes.

🟢 Our clinic remains accessible when open.
