Happy Long-Term Care Administrators Week to Ashley! 🎉

Ashley brings more than 24 years of experience in long-term care to her role. Her journey in healthcare began as a CNA and grew through roles as a restorative aide, COTA, and therapy manager before becoming an administrator four years ago. Her wide range of experience gives her a deep understanding of the needs of both residents and staff. 💙

Ashley is passionate about creating a home-like environment where residents feel comfortable, families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive, and staff feel valued and supported. She truly believes that happy residents, happy families, and a strong team are at the heart of everything we do at The Waters of Middletown.

When she’s not at the facility, you’ll most likely find Ashley cheering on her kids, Carter and Kinlee, at wrestling matches or cheer competitions alongside her husband, Brandon.

We are so grateful for Ashley’s leadership and dedication to the residents, families, and team members at The Waters of Middletown. Thank you for all you do! 👏

The Olympic Games spirit was shining bright during our week-long tournament at The Waters of Middletown! 🏅✨

Residents brought their competitive edge and teamwork to every event:

🎯 PopDarts – Precision and focus were key as competitors aimed for the win!
🥏 Washers – Friendly competition and steady hands made for exciting rounds.
🥌 Curling – Strategy and skill were on full display as residents slid their way toward victory.
🔥 Pass the Torch – Our champions proudly carried the torch, celebrating the true spirit of the games.

It was a fantastic week filled with laughter, camaraderie, and gold-medal moments. Congratulations to all of our champions! 💙🏆
