My name is Cami Carder, I am 25 years old and a mother of a 3-year-old little girl. I have experienced facility care throughout many hardships such as COVID, short staffing and constant upper management changes. I decided to quit facility work completely about 6 months ago and pursue caregiving privately in home. I was fortunate to have a great first family and build a team surrounding the needs of this family. We were able to give the family so much peace of mind and comfort all the way until the end. I am hopeful my team and I will find another wonderful family we can care for in home.
