My mission in creating Mist is to build strong bodies and to inspire minds & empower souls. I do this through creative fitness workouts, super fun dance classes and personal development workshops & women’s circles. I pride myself on inclusive programming and want every one who enters the studio to feel welcome. I have taught fitness & dance for 30 plus years. My knowledge of the body along with healing energy & lots of laughter makes each class fun & unique. The mural on my studio wall says it all: Train your body. Know your soul. Join us!!!
