The art of wellness I share and practice makes no commands nor demands of you, it demands no particular belief system or dogma to begin working.
It anchors in a quiet and deep remembrance, a soft place to land when your soul forgets who you are and longs for the way back to itself.
During this time of instability and uncertainty I believe the most important thing for us to do is to remember how to calm our central nervous system and activate this quiet space.
As I experience current events as a deeply empathic + sensitive human, I do not bypass the hurt nor pain in this world, even if that were possible for me I wouldn’t.
I feel it, I feel it in my own heart, I feel a deep connection to the sacred heart of all of humanity, a truth beyond any truth I have ever known. And it hurts, and I feel myself expand and contract and expand again in pain and compassion.
As I find my way back home to myself over and over again, I share this gift with others, it is my souls deepest calling.
Join us this Saturday at Middle River Yoga if you need a soft place to land, to feel, to remember, to be held in sacred and calm back to your center.
