Cancelation Policies:
(Please read for rescheduling policies)
• Appointments can be booked online and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment. A secure credit/debit card must be saved on file. Invoices for deposits must be paid by expiration or appointment will be canceled.
• There must be 24 hours of notice for cancelations or changes. All clients receive a reminder text and email 48 hours before scheduled appointments (enough time to reschedule online before 24 hours). Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing notice, I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your Therapist and also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. In order for me to reserve a place in my schedule for you, it is required that you agree to my cancelation policy.
• Appointments 15 minutes late will be considered as a no-show and charged 100% of service (card on file will automatically be charged). Please know it is not intended to penalize you - this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help me protect my ability to serve you and all my clients.
• Cancelations less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged as late, resulting in use of deposit. Please know it is not intended to penalize you - this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help me protect my ability to serve you and all my clients.
• Cancelations 4 hours or less before scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of service (card on file will automatically be charged). Please know it is not intended to penalize you - this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help me protect my ability to serve you and all my clients.
• Not showing for an appointment will automatically result in 100% charge of scheduled service. If only paid a 50% deposit, card on file will automatically be charged for remaining balance. Please know it is not intended to penalize you - this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help me protect my ability to serve you and all my clients.
• Trying to "reschedule" or change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in use of deposit.
• Trying to "reschedule" or change an appointment with less than 4 hours notice will result in use of deposit and charged the remaining balance with card on file.
• Personally contact Jillian for cancelations or rescheduling. As long as you are rescheduling within 24 hours, you can change your appointment time through your account. Do not cancel or reschedule through FB or IG messages. Personally send a text at 302-893-8533. Automated text messages are not to be replied too. It is an automated number and I will not receive replies. Please personally contact me!

For the integrity of my business and your safety, please do not schedule anyone else under your personal massage account or send someone in your place—this includes spouses, family members, or friends.
Every individual receiving a massage must have their own client profile and completed medical intake forms on file. This is not only necessary for proper treatment and documentation, but it also protects my business license and ensures I'm providing safe, personalized care.
I understand that to some, it may seem like "just a massage," but the work I do goes far beyond simply applying lotion. Each session involves careful attention to health, safety, and professional standards—not just for the person on my table, but also to protect the integrity of my business and license.
For that reason, please respect the policies I have in place. If you’d like to schedule a massage for someone else, you must contact me directly so we can ensure they have their own client profile and completed medical intake forms. Please send a text within business hours for massage inquiries.
As clearly stated on my website (in multiple places), during online booking, and in the policy contract all clients sign, appointments booked under your account for anyone else will be canceled.
