when you eat while stressed, your body redirects blood flow away from the gut toward your muscles and heart. motility shifts, stomach acid changes, and your ability to absorb nutrients is reduced.

we’ve waited far too long to finally be able to post this but alas


new year, new flavors!

this has been such a long time in the making. over a year of testing, tweaking, and refining so many details behind the scenes. not just flavor, but texture. finding that balance between a soft, chewy bite and one that actually holds up in transit has been the hardest part
especially given we use only whole-food ingredients and no preservatives.

as a small business still producing in small batches, we’re constantly iterating based on feedback, and we’ll keep doing so. what you share with us directly shapes what adjustments we test from batch to batch. we’ve come to learn we can’t please everyone but we’ll certainly do our best to find some middle ground!

you’ll also notice that along with the new flavors, our existing ones went through some reformulation. this was necessary to run on new equipment as part of a production upgrade that allows us to produce more reliably and avoid the recurring stockouts we were experiencing.

we’re excited to finally offer more choice with two new *pretty* universally loved flavors: vanilla bean & dark chocolate!

thank you to every single person who’s supported us, shared feedback, and made it possible for us to keep building and expanding thoughtfully.
