When using a pendulum, the most important thing to understand is this:

Your mind can influence the outcome if you are not neutral.

A pendulum is not magic on its own. It is a tool that responds to subtle muscle movement and energetic signaling. That is why mental interference matters.

One way to reduce mental influence is intentional distraction after you ask your question.

After asking a clear yes or no question, try this:

• Hold a piece of black obsidian in the same hand as the pendulum
• Look away from the pendulum
• Think of something completely unrelated, like a dog, a beach, or a song
• Do not anticipate the answer
• Simply feel the motion rather than watching for it

Black obsidian helps ground excess mental energy and absorb interference, keeping your field neutral.

The goal is not control.

There is a lot of confusion around soulmates and twin flames, and it is time to bring clarity to it.

Soulmates are not always romantic.
They can be friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, or even people who challenge us.

A soulmate is a soul you have agreed to meet in this lifetime to support learning, growth, healing, or reflection.
Some bring comfort.
Some bring lessons.
Some stay for a season.
Some stay for life.

Romance is possible with a soulmate, but it is not guaranteed.
That depends on the soul contract created during the pre birth planning process.

Twin flames are different.

A twin flame is best described as a mirror reflection.
One soul expressed through two bodies.

This connection exists to bring deep self awareness, healing, and integration.
It is not always romantic, and it is not always peaceful.

Meeting a twin flame is not guaranteed.
Free will plays a role.
So does timing.

When we are born, the conscious memory of these agreements is wiped.
That does not erase the connection.
It simply means we must remember through experience.

Some people never meet their soulmate or twin flame in this lifetime, and that does not mean failure.
It means the soul chose a different path of learning.

What matters most is not the label.

Before we incarnate back into Earth school, we sit with our higher self and the Council of Elders to design a soul blueprint.

This blueprint includes our life lessons, karmic themes, soul family connections, and the spirit guides who will walk beside us.

But one thing must always be included.
Free will.

When we are born, the conscious memory of this contract is wiped.
Not as punishment, but as protection.

If we remembered everything, the lessons would lose their depth.

So instead, we leave breadcrumbs. Astrology is one of those breadcrumbs.
It is the treasure map.
The X marks the spot.

Expectation creates pressure.

Over time, the mind accepts it as truth, and the body follows. This is how we unintentionally manipulate ourselves into limitation.

Overthinking does the same thing. It pulls us out of alignment and into control mode, where flow cannot exist.

When we release expectation, something shifts.
Allowing does not mean giving up.

It means trusting the natural intelligence of the universe and our collective flow. Mind over matter is not about forcing outcomes.

It is about alignment. When you stop pushing, stop demanding, and stop narrating failure in advance, energy reorganizes.
Do not expect.
Just allow.

Things begin to change for the better when you do.

It is about awareness.

When a person works through fear, regulates their emotions, and reconnects to purpose, their energy field stabilizes. The aura becomes strong, clear, and resilient. This is high vibration. It is a state of coherence, protection, and alignment with the divine.

High vibration does not mean life is perfect.
