Sharing Heart Healthy Month—together.

The Water’s Edge Center for Health & Rehabilitation team joined Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center for a visit to Middlesex Hospital, bringing heart-healthy snacks, dark chocolate, and postcards celebrating the benefits of this favorite treat.

Small gestures, meaningful moments, and plenty of smiles along the way.

Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, and Go Red Day is a powerful reminder that awareness and action can save lives.

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6, we encourage our community to wear red to be seen, to be counted, and to be heard. Wearing red is a simple but meaningful way to support women’s heart health and help make an impact.
