📆 December 1, 2023 Brittany learned she was pregnant and was then holding this precious child the following Christmas 💫

🎁 This little guy was the greatest gift of all; Finn arrived in August 2024 making the holiday season extra special.

✨ His wonderful parents experienced 6 devastating losses before Finn yet they never stopped believing God would bless them. Unyielding faith persevered ✨

✨You’re the last one… so make it the best one…..

✨There’s something about the final month of the year that invites both reflection and intention.

✨December become a gentle pause—an exhale after months of trying, striving, hoping, healing. It’s a time when people start asking themselves what they want to carry forward and just as importantly - what they’re ready to release.

✨December doesn’t have to be about pressure, perfection, or tying everything up neatly with a bow. Instead, it can be an invitation to move with presence:

✨ Slow down enough to notice what your body and mind truly need.

✨ Celebrate even the quietest forms of progress.

✨ Offer yourself compassion for the chapters that didn’t go as planned.
✨ Make room for joy—small, simple, unexpected joy.

✨ Set boundaries that protect your peace during a busy season.

✨ “Make it the best one” doesn’t have to mean doing the most. Sometimes it means choosing gentleness over self-criticism, rest over burnout, authenticity over expectation.

🩷 Congratulations to my wonderful couple who’s journey embodied the epitome of divine timing + alignment ✨

🩷 Like many, there were physical, environmental and important foundational challenges along the way.

🩷 While sometimes struggling with patience (don’t we all?!) they leaned into the process and surrendered into flow as we worked each week towards the spark of conception.

🩷 God writes the best stories! When your heart, your body and God all whisper “now,” creation flows naturally.

✨ Brittany, age 32

✨Primary Fertility Challenge

✨ Brittany contacted me in January 2025 after a year and a half struggle, unsuccessful medical intervention and feeling the myriad of feelings of frustration and defeat.

✨ Brittany, was diagnosed with lean PCOS, a form of polycystic ovarian syndrome; where pregnancy success rates range from 21 to 52%.

✨ Brittany‘s menstrual cycle was either absent or very erratic.

✨ After a very comprehensive intake, we modified diet specifications using a Nutritional Analysis, I recommended very specific supplements, helped her manage cortisol, some lifestyle modifications and coached her along the way.

✨Brittany was compliant, consistent and disciplined and by May 2025 had not only recovered her cycle, but regulated it.

✨ July 1, 2025 revealed her exciting news; an absolutely natural and organic conception and she is now due with her baby girl in March.

✨ It was very evident divine timing was very much part of her whole story.

🕊️ July is bereaved Parents Month

🤍 Some moms don’t get to post their baby’s milestones or hear the sweet soft “mama”…

🤍 Some dads never got to hear their baby say “dada” followed by a toothy grin…

🤍 Some parents raised them, loved them, and still had to say goodbye too soon.

🤍 They didn’t stop being parents,
they just had to start parenting differently. in memory. in whispers.

🤍 In every breath that hurts but keeps going.

🤍 They walk around with invisible scars….smiling in the grocery store, laughing at work, holding it together in front of their other kids, but silently aching every single day.

🕊️ So this july, we hold space for the moms who ache in silence.

🕊️ For the dads who cry behind closed doors.

🕊️ For the parents with empty arms and aching hearts.

🕊️ We remember the babies born in silence. lost too soon still so deeply, endlessly loved.

😇 I lost two babies to miscarriage. These losses deepened my faith and has allowed me to help and foster healing to those navigating thru incomprehensible pain.
