Vantage Point Retirement Living is a family-owned and -operated organization born out of the Stevens family’s passion and enthusiasm for senior living. While Vantage Point may be considered a family business, its founders, Greg and Rita Stevens, have decades of industry experience behind them – bringing together the best of both worlds to provide area seniors with the most extraordinary retirement living experience possible.
We provide unprecedented access to executive leadership – Because we are regionally owned and operated, you can expect to see executive leadership in the communities on a regular basis – and not just if something goes wrong. Our philosophy is that frequent visits and close interaction help AVOID things going wrong. Residents and staff come to know the Vantage Point Retirement Living team by name and vice versa.
