Tonight I had the honor of leading the most beautiful group of souls through a sound healing journey at Odessa Wellness.

And here’s the truth, it’s funny how the universe gives you exactly what you need, right when you need it, if you’re willing to stay open.

I walked in carrying the weight of a full week, a full mind, a full heart. And as the bowls began to sing, as breath slowed, as bodies softened into stillness, something shifted. Not just in the room, but in me.

Healing is never one-directional. When we gather in circle, we give and we receive.

Tonight reminded me that when I leave space, when I trust, when I surrender control, grace meets me there. Every Time!

Grateful for community.
Grateful for vibration.
Grateful for the quiet miracles that happen when we simply show up.
