Yesterday, we hosted a special Grand Rounds panel discussion, Advocacy 101: How to Talk to Your Legislators, featuring state and federal elected officials and representatives from Connecticut’s congressional delegation. Our panelists shared strategies for effectively engaging with lawmakers, raising concerns, and presenting new policy ideas, while highlighting key healthcare issues expected to shape the current legislative session. Attendees participated in a Q&A session, and our employees also had the opportunity to watch live via Zoom.

This week, we celebrated Dr. Prioreschi, one of our orthopedic surgeons, as he reached an incredible milestone completing 500 Mako Robotic Joint Replacement procedures. Through his expertise, he continues to make a real difference in the lives of his patients by helping them reduce pain, restore mobility, and get back to the activities they love.
