We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on correcting this issue and hopefully it doesn’t happen again. CBD, although not as regulated as THC, has many of its own hurdles. Thank you for your business and we will be back online soon with new formulations that are in process 🫶🏻. For now, if you need CBD or CBG tinctures or salves message us directly here or heal.thyselfgardens@gmail.com

We are turning all our H**p flowers into a clean and potent CO2 extract. 🐉
This will help us provide you with higher cannabinoids and more precise dosing in each tincture bottle.
Currently we do a full plant extraction into local, organic olive oil for our tinctures.
Which is a wonderful medicine!
But when you need more than 500mg per bottle, it becomes challenging.
The extraction of our flowers into a concentrated oil will allow us to make tinctures up to 1500 mg without compromising the integrity of the products. And help more people that really need this medicine 🙏
Coming soon…. 🫶🏻

We are here to help with any questions you may have about the Endocannabinoid System, Cannabis and Optimal Health.
The Endocannabinoid System has been a missing link in our Health Care. It is a key component to understanding Homeostasis and Natural Healing.
It brings Balance, and works consistently to maintain it.
By fine tuning and influencing the different systems of the body, it maintains and regulates homeostasis. Everything from mood lifting, pain perception, immune support, digestion, cognitive function , bone density and so much more.
Since we’re reconnecting, here are a few things I wish someone told me early on about cob houses and natural building.
No gatekeeping ... just the good stuff.
1️⃣ Cob is WAY stronger than people think.
Once it fully cures, it’s basically a stone wall. Not a mud pie.
2️⃣ Lime plaster is your best friend.
Protects against rain, adds breathability, lasts for decades.
3️⃣ Most of the work is mixing + stomping.
It’s cardio, therapy, and madness all in one. But in the best way.
4️⃣ You don’t need land to start learning.
Small test builds, sculpting, mixing ratios — anyone can practice.
5️⃣ Cob attracts community.
If you start building, people WILL show up.
Some to help.
Some just to stare and say, ‘Wait… you’re making a HOUSE outta dirt?’ 😆

The whole-earth approach wastes nothing and replenishes the environment. We use creative irrigation, rainwater capture, and no-till plots. The majority of our plant nutrients are homemade from farm animal manure and our own special variety of fermented teas full of microorganisms. So, you can feel good about supporting a healthy you AND a healthy Earth.
This type of farming keeps the ecosystem happy, vibrant and better able to naturally fight off pests. We never treat plants with harsh chemicals or additives. So, you can feel good about putting pure medicine into your body.
And, plants do best under pressure. That's why we stress ours alongside competitive vegetation like stinging nettles. The result? Concentrated potency unrivalled by any other production method. So, you can just plain feel good.
(We draw our holistic farming practices from permaculture, biodynamic agriculture, Jadam natural farming, and elder farmers in the field. Learn more in our )
For more than a decade, Tamara Thorn nurtured the seeds of Heal Thyself in the soil of an adventurous life.
When traditional medicine failed her firstborn in 2004, Tamara opened her eyes to a wider and more complete world of healing. Reiki, massage therapy, Bodytalk and other disciplines became part of her daily practice. She and little Zarek sought spiritual balance roaming the country in a biofueled school bus and finding homes in intentional communities. There, in the open forests and shared kitchens, Tamara apprenticed with skilled raw foodists who shaped her passion for organic, vegan eating. Traveling Mexico with a nomadic horse caravan, she practiced low-impact living, taught environmental education to schoolchildren and helped towns build biodigestors. And, on a friend's 2.5-acre farm, she learned by trial and error to continue that earth-first mission in the vegetable garden.
This remarkable journey showed Tamara, now a mother of two, her true purpose: Sharing the wisdom and healing tools she's gathered over a lifetime. She founded Love Thyself in 2011 to empower her community with the best holistic products, superfoods and medicine she can produce.
