First Rehab & Sport is excited to announce that we will be joining The Center for Physical Rehabilitation's team in October of 2025!

The Center has been an established physical and occupational therapy provider in West Michigan for over 30 years. With 11 locations in the greater Grand Rapids area, they are looking forward to serving the Middleville and Hastings communities!

We want our First Rehab patients to know we will continue to put you first. This new partnership will bring:
