Yes. Showing up is the hardest part. Meet Ardem 👋

An ankle injury tried to slow him down, but he’s been showing up and doing the work to get back to lacrosse 🥍

Rehab days aren’t always easy, but Ardem’s keeping a great attitude and focusing on getting stronger and moving better each session.

We’re excited to watch him get back out there, and we’ll be rooting for him every step of the way. 💪🔥

Not all progress happens inside the clinic.

Sometimes Henry and Dr. Nardiello take things outside to practice throwing and rebuild full power and range of motion to get back on the baseball field and pitch. ⚾💪

Winter work, spring ready. ⚽️

Preventing injuries doesn’t look the same for everyone — and that’s the point.

For Luca and basketball, staying healthy means putting in the work BEFORE pain shows up.

Building strength.
Keeping mobility.
Checking the boxes that keep his body ready for whatever he throws at it. 💪

Your version might look different.
Different goals. Different sports. Different starting points.

But the common thread?
Showing up for your body consistently, not just when something hurts.

What does injury prevention look like for you right now? 👇
Save this, share it with your training partner, or drop a 💥 if you’re in your “stay ready” era.

Strong swimmers aren’t built in the pool alone. 🏊

Coach Jackie putting in the work with chest presses. Building upper-body strength to support powerful strokes, shoulder stability, and long-term performance.

The best coaches practice what they preach. Strength training matters, no matter the sport and it’s a key part of staying healthy and performing at a high level.

That’s the Iron way. 🔥

The Iron Philosophy

When we opened Iron Physical Therapy in 2011, we dreamed of creating something radical -- highly personalized healthcare.

We believed people were as tired of the big box approach as we were. We believed that seeing only 1-2 patients per doctor would result in faster pain relief and better outcomes. We believed that athletes (or aspiring athletes) would respond positively to being treated by other athletes. We believed in the human potential to Get Better and Be Better. This slogan is at the core of everything we do! To read more about our motto, click here. We are so grateful to be part of a community that has so warmly embraced this philosophy.

We are a boutique clinic with a soul!

Iron Physical Therapy is a warm and inviting place where you can get out of pain and become stronger than you ever thought possible. If you have been disappointed by other practices ("mills") that rush you through cookie cutter treatment, then you will be pleasantly surprised.
