Our Story

The vision for Plum started in the fall of 2019. Amanda and Ryan were enjoying dinner when they overheard a couple talking about the challenges they were facing as they tried to find pediatric care for their 4 month old son. That moment inspired a conversation that blossomed into a calling. As a provider working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Amanda is well aware of the challenges parents face when searching to find pediatric healthcare services. This difficulty doubles for parents that are looking for a passion driven provider to care for their child. She also saw a huge gap in the ability of current providers to provide the specialized care NICU Graduates typically need to continue their development. To address the Midland/Odessa metro area needs, Plum was born. Plum was designed from the ground up to be nimble, focused, and above all passionate. Our team understands that each day is an opportunity to improve our care approaches and every member is empowered to take action in support of that goal. As an organization we boldly press forward hand in hand with the people we serve to build the future state of pediatric care. Let’s Make A Difference

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Plum schedule will be adjusting to match with this years Christmas and New Years events. Please see the below list of upcoming events. Plum will be closing and extending hours during this holiday season to support those we serve and to allow time for our team members to celebrate with family and friends.
