Continuing with bringing awareness to the heart and mind connection during American Heart Month. 🧠 + ❤️

Your heart loves a routine as much as your brain does.

Your circadian rhythm (internal clock) regulates everything from metabolism to blood pressure. Disrupting this rhythm through irregular sleep or light exposure at night can increase your risk of heart disease by up to 26%.

Anxiety often disrupts our sleep, creating a cycle that further stresses the heart. Aligning your schedule eating and sleeping at consistent times is a powerful preventive tool.
