Caring for our studio is part of the practice - 'saucha' is one of the niyamas of yoga philosophy, commonly translated as purity and cleanliness in reference to not only the body, mind, and spirit, but also our shared and personal environments.

A quick wipe of borrowed mats and props helps keep the space clean, welcoming, and ready for the next class.
