Join us in celebrating Grace Partlow — Midland Health’s 2025 Daisy Nurse Leader Award honoree from the Emergency Department! Born and raised in Midland and a proud Midland High graduate, Grace began her nursing journey at Odessa College (ADN, 2016), earned her BSN from Chamberlain University in 2022, and is currently pursuing an MSN at WGU. Hired straight out of her ADN into MMH’s Emergency Department, she advanced through the nurse-residency program and has filled roles as preceptor, clinical coder, chart auditor, charge nurse, and now she serves as the ED Education Coordinator in The Center for Advancing Professional Excellence.
Grace’s commitment to mentorship and professional development is clear: she loves guiding new nurses through their journey to independence, just as others supported her. Her clinical passion led her to earn Certified Emergency Nurse certification, and she’s one of six SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) nurses at MMH, which is a testament to her expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care.
This year Grace was nominated by two separate individuals, a powerful reflection of the impact she has on colleagues and the community. When she’s not educating and advocating for excellence in emergency care, you’ll find her at home with her husband Jorden, chasing their two boys, and keeping up with their Goldendoodles, Goldie and Queso.
Congratulations, Grace! Thank you for your leadership, mentorship, and unwavering service to our patients and team. You inspire us all.
