We are SO excited to introduce our new therapist, Savana! 🎉 She’s a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and already bringing so much fun, energy, and warmth to our team!

Savana recently moved here from Corpus Christi, and we couldn’t be happier that she chose to call Flourish her new home. 💕 Her positivity and passion for helping kids shine through in everything she does, and we know our families are going to love her!

🌸 Meet Rachel! 🌸
Speech-Language Pathologist at Flourish Speech Therapy

Rachel’s family moved often growing up, taking her to places near and far like Nigeria, Houston, and Scotland! 🌍

She became a speech therapist because she believes every voice is important and loves helping others gain the confidence and skills to communicate. Her favorite part of her job is watching her patients grow from the beginning to the end of therapy — being a small part of a family’s journey means so much to her! 💕

We’re missing Gabby in the clinic today 💕 but for the best reason! She’s completing a two-day STONES Approach course with Chrysalis Orofacial — learning advanced strategies to support patients with orofacial myofunctional disorders.

This training focuses on helping therapists move beyond just “knowing” what to do, to teaching muscles to work efficiently and functionally — without compensations. 💪

We can’t wait for Gabby to bring back all the new skills and insights to share with her patients! 🌟

If you’ve ever called, texted, or stopped by Flourish Speech Therapy, chances are you’ve met our amazing office manager, Caitlin! She keeps our days running smoothly, supports our therapists, helps families with everything under the sun, and always does it with the biggest smile. 💕

Fun fact: Caitlin is currently in school to become an SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) — we are so proud of her and can’t wait to see her continue to grow in the field!

🌟 Meet Ms. Gabby 🌟
Speech-Language Pathologist at Flourish Speech Therapy 💬✨

Gabby has been part of the Flourish family for 2.5 years, and her story of becoming a speech therapist is truly inspiring. 💕 When she was 12, her grandfather had a stroke, and she witnessed firsthand how language loss affected not just him, but the whole family. Determined to help, she brought spelling and writing books to his house and became his little “teacher.” That experience shaped her future and led her to speech pathology. 🥹

Her favorite part of the job? The families! Gabby loves watching progress, seeing the smiles, and being a part of their lives.

Bilingual SLPA at Flourish Speech Therapy 💬✨

Josie has been part of the Flourish family for 3 years, and we can’t imagine our team without her! 💕 She grew up right here in the heart of West Texas 🤠 and has always loved working with children. She was inspired to pursue speech therapy after seeing how much communication can impact a child’s confidence, relationships, and daily life.

Her favorite part of the job? Watching patients (and parents!) get emotional when a child makes a sound or says a word they’ve worked so hard on. 🥹
