I’m a chiropractor born and raised right here in Midland, and I’ve been lucky enough to serve this community for the past 4 years.

I’m currently the Clinic Director at 1-Spine Chiropractic, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and stay active in their everyday lives.

Are you organized, people-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment? Our chiropractic office is looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.

✨ What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
• Paid holidays & paid vacation
• Free chiropractic care for you and your immediate family

🕒 Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Admin Day)
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00– 6:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (every other Saturday)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Greet practice members and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Answer calls and schedule/reschedule appointments
• Record payments and maintain accurate patient information
• Support the treatment team and ensure front-desk procedures are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

👤 Who We're Looking For

• You take pride in staying busy, productive, and dependable
• You follow tasks through to completion and value doing things right
• You are great at organizing details and planning ahead
• You have strong memory skills and can easily recall information
• You enjoy helping others and communicating clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Experience with medical insurance strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Passion for holistic and natural healthcare
