It’s moving week! We will be closed for in person sessions Wednesday Nov 26th through Tuesday December 2nd. Our tentative plan is to resume in person sessions December 3rd at our NEW location @ 7202 Midland Rd in Freeland.

Virtual sessions will resume as scheduled. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Another round of meet the therapist, but with Megan who has been with us since 2023! Megan provides her clients so many unique and rare opportunities, including IFS and somatic tools to help people work through their life experiences.

Megan is currently accepting clients virtually in the evenings and weekends - something else that is rare! She is in network with Aetna, BCBS & BCN.

Just a reminder that we have a food drive donation box in our office! We have had 6 families now reach out saying they could use the donated items. If you have anything you could spare, please leave them in our box. We will be giving the items away the week before Thanksgiving, or sooner if we receive enough!

We want to address the concern and worry for the SNAP (EBT/Food stamps) benefits pausing. We are committed to helping our community in any ways that we possibly can. We understand that with the holidays coming up, this is going to be incredibly important for families. If you are someone in the community in need of non perishable food items, please reach out and we are happy to guide or offer resources.

If you are a client or community member who would like to donate non perishable food items, we will leave a box in our lobby for these items. We will make sure it gets to anyone in need. If you are a client and see something in the lobby donation box that you need, without question please take it!
