A poem I wrote in February 2023: Shame

Am I just avoiding it?

Repressing it?

Because it’s too painful?

The fact that I’m asking this question leads me to believe I am.

I feel the fear.

My body tenses.

Oh, but the pain.

Fear. Tension. Pain.

What I learned to release to have a “pain-free” birth.

Relax the face

The jaw

The shoulders

Take a deep breath

Feel the pressure.

You will survive.

You did survive.

The birth of your babies.

And now the rebirth of you.

I didn’t know back in July when I felt I needed to take a step back from work for awhile that it would end up being bereavement leave to grieve the passing of my father.

Being in tune enough with myself to know when I need to rest vs. work has been one of life’s greatest gifts to me as I’ve navigated learning how to trust myself and my instincts.

With that being said, I’m opening myself back up to support you in your navigation of life.

The holidays can feel especially chaotic and I want to help you feel more at peace than ever before.

Enterprise - Dale - Ozark connections: I'm looking for a room to rent once or twice a month to offer my services in person. Preferably one that already included a massage table I could use or comfortable and relaxed spa-like atmosphere. Anyone know of such a place? :)

Okay. After watching a Year Of You client start getting results within a couple of weeks, and now seeing the results after 8 months 🤯 I am so proud and excited for her that I just have to brag about her for a second 🥹

She's learned how to muscle test to find and release her own trapped emotions.

She feels more confident in who she is, and has released the need to pretend to be someone she isn't because she doesn't feel the need to people please strangers anymore.

She's confronted uncomfortable thought patterns, feelings and memories and has worked through them with grace, bravery, integrity and compassion.

She's let herself dive deep into her subconscious mind and learn about herself more and more.

She's connecting more with her body, and learning how to work with her phases and cycles and honor her physical and emotional boundaries by giving herself permission to rest without guilt.

She's taking baby steps that sometimes feel like mountains.

And this is just the tiniest bit of the results and transformation that I've witnessed her have.

She's amazing and I have loved growing alongside her and supporting her. The more she grows, the better I want to be to continue to support her upward spiral ✨

Two sessions yesterday 🦋

One was a full Body Code session focused on physical and emotional support while transitioning to a new job and releasing the energy blocks creating sleepless nights.

The other was with my 12 month, Year of You client where we were able to dive deep into her thoughts and how they were creating results she DIDN'T want. We were able to explore them and change the thoughts, and then clear out the subconscious blocks with Body Code to align her SubC and conscious mind to create the results she DOES want. Finished with a deep mind-body-Earth connection meditation leaving her feeling grounded, and full of compassion for herself.

It's amazing that within a short span of time you can create long-term positive results that will impact you for weeks, even years, to come!
