It's been a while since I have posted anything!!!. Canfield Wellness, PLLC is up and running in Midland.

I am working Tuesdays 8:30-4:30 and will be adding Wednesdays starting in May.

I am seeing patients of all ages with all kinds of conditions .. fatigue, GI, Mental health, ADHD, hormonal issues, among others.

Many people are not getting the time they need to figure out their health issues. My practice is cash based. I do not accept insurance, but I will give you the time you need and I will work with you to figure out what is going on and hopefully get you moving in the right direction and feeling better.

So, It's been a busy year. We are finally moved to Sanford, MI just North of Midland. We will be unpacking for a while, but it feels good to be in a place we hope to call home for many years. We are raising grass fed beef, pasture pigs and chickens!! I just canned a bunch of applesauce and tomatoes. Together with my husband Dr. Edward Canfield we have a goal to produce most of the food we eat. It's a lot of hard work, but we have a lot of fun doing it.

As for Canfield Wellness, I am excited to start in the new office in Midland!!
My last day at the office in Sebewaing will be September 17th.

Hey all, Summer is coming. Do you want to be more active and without that excess weight when the warm weather gets here???
Canfield Wellness is starting a new set of weight loss classes beginning in March.

I'm planning to do a class for ladies and one for men, up to 10 participants in each class.
Roughly two out of three US adults are overweight or obese. A staggering 69%!!!. This excess weight boosts your risk of dying by somewhere between 22-91%. Weird statistics I know, but suffice it to say its not good.
In this class you will learn about health and wellness for the long term, this is not just a diet. You will have the option to use some supplements/meds to aid in your weight loss journey, but the overall goal is to equip you with the knowledge you need to have a healthy relationship with food.
