Starting back to school - whether it’s kindergarten, junior high, or high school - can feel overwhelming for kids and parents, alike. New faces, new routines, new expectations. And while it’s exciting, it’s also a big shift for the nervous system.

Even when a child seems fine, the brain and body may be working overtime to process all the change. Headaches, stomachaches, emotional outbursts, trouble sleeping, or increased sensitivity can all be signs that their nervous system is under stress.

is truly doing incredible work to serve our community. We were honored to drop off and learn more. Every hand print is someone impacted by their services. They have a goal to send 60 backpacks to students in need, and school is right around the corner. We couldn’t do it without you. Thanks again!!

Final drive update:‼️‼️LAST DAY‼️‼️ for our BACK TO SCHOOL DRIVE benefitting Midland R**e Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center and those they serve in our community running from 📌7/7-7/29-2025📌!

Practice members and anyone from the community are welcome to drop off items ⬇️listed below during business hours for us to deliver for this drive...so feel free to share with your friends! Other option: bring cash or a check (We can run a card on file too if you text us an amount. We’ll email a receipt) and we’ll do a team shopping trip! :) Thanks for joining forces with us!!!

We’re collecting the following hygiene, home, and ✏️school supplies✏️🤍:

✏️School supplies:
Folders with brads, markers, 🎒 backpacks, binders, pens, composition notebooks, scissors, pre-sharpened pencils, scissors, paper, glue sticks, headphones, t-shirts, underwear, bras, and socks.

🏠Home products:
Trash bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, laundry stain remover, disinfectant wipes/spray, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, floor cleaner, bleach, shower cleaner, sponges, dish soap, mop, broom+dustpan, and toilet brushes.

🧼Hygiene products:
Mouthwash, floss, toothbrush, toothpaste, eye glass wipes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, detangler spray, body spray, cotton swabs, comb, hairbrushes, hair ties, hair spray, body lotion, loofa sponge, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products.
